What you will work on

Understand why customers may not find your business online.
Identify one Google profile or website improvement.
Define your customer, services, and brand voice in a workbook.
Give ChatGPT your business brief and improve a draft until it sounds like you.

Bring a phone or laptop if you have one. Make sure you can sign in to ChatGPT. You can also use the paper workbook and finish the prompts at home.

The optional complimentary tasting is from 6:30 to 7:00 PM: From Tip to Toe: Italy. You can leave after the workshop. If you prefer zero-proof, select that request below so I can coordinate it with the store. Wine tasting is for guests 21 and older.
